Help w/flickering power

Yesterday, I noticed our power start to flicker. We have been having some extremely windy days, and it’s not out of the ordinary for us to lose power when that happens. This kept on for a bit, and I started to notice that it would flicker when I turned on the dryer or washer. It would mainly happen in the living room, my wife said a light would go out and the TV would reset. It would NOT go out in the entire house.
We haven’t added any new appliances or major power sources. Any ideas as to what this could be?

We had that issue on and off for years in our old house. Turned out the busbar in our electrical panel needed to be replaced but I could see a lot of things causing this.

May be a loose connection somewhere.
I've had wiring in outlets cause a section of a house to go out. Easy fix once you locate the source.
Note: I have gone around to outlets in the suspected area and plugged something in, then jiggled the plug. This helped isolate where the loose wire was.

We have a Square D indoor panel that is about 2 years old, so it shouldn’t be anything related to that.

You mean the panels that were recalled last year for over heating, burning wires and burning down houses isn't something you want to even consider looking at? It must be a ghost instead.

I had not heard about those:
It's an amazing thing that overheating wires cause lights to flicker from the increased heat increasing resistance.

Well, that's a bit hyperbolic.
From the link listed in another response. https://www.familyhandyman.com/article/breaker-boxes-recalled-fire-hazard/

One “incident of a loose wire” has been reported with no injuries, the CPSC release said. There were approximately 1.4 million units recalled in the U.S. and an additional 289,000 in Canada
Still, if you have that particular load center, you should have it checked out to see if it's in the recall.

Had the same issue. Electrician found that the splice from pole to my meter was old and corroded. Splice was over my meter. Look at visually and you might see the problem. Power Co will fix it for free.

Had this exact problem happen in my Southdowns house. Short answer was a broken neutral/ground wire on the service cable running back to the pole. The result was that house neutral was only connected to my ground rod, thus blinky-blinky when I ran the washer/dryer.

This. Happened to me two times. Easy to spot with some binoculars.

call the power company. Had the same issue and it was resolved in a day.

Well duh, however the OP should check it out because what they mostly cause is the symptoms they are having.
I find it funny how adamant people are about their newish stuff not being the cause of the problem. Not that it is, but certainly worth looking into.
