Grass at Point Marie

Anyone know what grass is on the front parade grounds at Point Marie?
Was there for an event last weekend and it was very nice grass !
I’m thinking zoysia, not sure cultivar though.
It almost had a fescue texture, but I know that can’t happen here.

I wouldn't think a warm season grass would be looking that thick quite yet.
It very well could be some type of Fescue mix or Perennial Rye that is hanging in there from winter.
My PRG still looks quite good and is a very dark green after yesterday's rain.
But of course, I'd love to read others' opinions.
