Anything high nitrogen.
Put down at least .25 lb of N per week. Can do bi weekly or monthly instead. Just make sure you’re putting down at least a pound of N per month.
Look for:
21-0-0 AMS (on sale at Lowe’s labeled as 20.5-0-0)
33-0-0
46-0-0 urea
Scotts Green Max 27-0-2

Spray chelated iron for added green pop. Iron doesn’t work as well (if at all) via granule. Spray it.

33-0-0 worked wonders for greening up my Daniella II Bermuda.

Where are y’all picking up high N fert locally?

I can’t seem to find any easily and just wondering if I’m not looking in the right places?

I’ve checked usual box stores, nurseries, local feed store in town, Tractor Supply, and checked inventory online at SiteOne (haven’t visited since it’s a ways away) and nobody seems to have it. What am I missing?

I just put down 200 lbs of 32-0-10 Lesco fert that I pick up from Lowes on sale at the end of every season, but I’d like to utilize Urea for a lot cheaper throughout the season.

I’m in North Louisiana and picked it up from O’Neals in Ruston.

Not many places will carry 46-0-0 in bags. Any local farmers co-op usually carries it in bulk and might be able to point you in the right direction. Also check with Ewing Outdoor Supply in BR.

Try a co-op in your area.
