SIAP.

Other than Garcia, who seems to pretty highly recommended on this the board, what's the OT's recommendation?

Has been hell dealing with the insurance company (Maison), and it will still be a few weeks before Garcia even gets someone out here to look at it. Currently tarped after tree and significant wind damage with multiple leaks.

Anyone used Hudco yet?

Wondering why a former MLB'r teamed up with a local radio personality to form a roofing company of all things.

They completely botched my tarp job and left it for dead.

Seem decent. The guy they sent to my house was competent. They were higher than the other company, I should’ve gone with them though.

They replaced my fireplace flashing for me recently. Came out and diagnosed it, tarped it up and 2 guys came out and replaced it. 7-8 hours of work for 2 guys + materials was basically 1k.

Plus I know they have insurance. That's what makes me leery of hiring Bud's Roofing or whatever. If one of them falls off the roof and breaks their back I don't want them suing me.

Thanks for the rec, will give them a call Monday.

And to the downvoter on my OP, just looking for some help here. Have been totally fricked by roofers in the past (looking at you Coleman roofing- they are the WORST).

You should always ask for copies of their insurance

Same if you are framing a DR Horton house or a 2 million dollar one. I'm more worried about the company standing by their work if they mess something up.
