Andy's fitness philosophy is that "hard work beats talent when talent fails to work hard" - his view was forged through his service at Velocity, an athlete performance training company in San Diego. Two more years at Frog's Fitness refined his expertise in fitness conditioning and strength training. Andy moved to Seattle in 2009, where he trained at Fitness Together, sharpening his skills as a life coach through one-on-one training and holistic life counseling opportunities. His experience as a trainer at Renew Fitness gave him further perspective on endurance training. Andy holds to a personal fitness philosophy of balance, health and wholeness in spirit, soul and body. He endeavors to train with an emphasis on homeostasis and integrity in every area of life. His heart for people is evident in his committed involvement in the local community as a mentor for high school students and coach for the varsity football team. He is actively involved in his church, training young leaders and mentoring, and also dedicates significant time communicating on local high school campuses. Andy is a successful recording rap artist with three mixed tapes that explore many facets of life and working on new music. He is married to the love of his life, Tiffany, and they have two beautiful daughters, Hope and Skylee.
