The bold, italics and underline buttons' letters are off center

Technically the site is fine, and it's your browser that needs to be better at rendering buttons.

That said, it could probably be "fixed" by removing the hard-coded width of those buttons, or by making them wider than 25 pixels. Or possibly by just switching from an input button to a button tag.

I think it is the device, and not the browser. My 6+ does it in both Safari and Chrome, so apparently the issue is the iPhone. Since we're being technical and all

Also does it on my company 5s, so my final answer is it's something with iOS.

OK, let's get a little more technical then... the problem is with Apple's iOS version of Webkit, and Apple requires third party browsers to use it instead of developing their own rendering engine. So, if it were allowed, a third party browser could render buttons better on iOS, but Apple won't allow it (last I heard).
