Spoilers: pop up protocol

spoilers shouldn't pop-up with a mouse over
please inform M/TV board how to leave space before posting a spoiler

A good feature for TD would be a link button that says SPOILERS, and when you click it, it reveals text.

It was discussed, but, if I remember correctly, Chicken said he was afraid it would probably get abused.

Perhaps add a Spoiler category to the RA options.
