Quote button not working properly...

It seems several others are having the issue as well based on posts that are surrounded by empty brackets, but I'm on a PC in chrome if that helps.
Posts end up looking like this:
[]blah blah blah[/]

Also a different kind of link box. And the submit button is in a different place because I keep cancelling when I'm trying to submit

It is kind of broken. Now when you click quote it opens a new oddly placed dialogue box that you then have to click into to type.

I see what they did.
They rewrote the code so that when you click quote it auto quotes whatever id highlighted. Which used to be an issue on the new mobile.

it is a disaster on firefox but OK on chrome
also, the cursor remains within the post and needs to be focused within the dialog box
if i try to copy and paste, when i click quote if i go to hit CTRL+V it pastes the link in the post (not the dialog box)

Yeah what happened was they forced the website to auto quote whatever you have selected when you press the quote button.
Problem is if you havent selected anything or want to type into the box, you have to click into it.
For whatever reason they moved the diaglogue box so its annoyingly in the way now .
