My apologies if this has been posted previously I've been lurking since 05 and the only time I've seen personal messages referenced in any capacity is when they've been sent from an admin for an infraction
Is there any plan to implement them so the community can more securely and selectively communicate for things especially tailgating

Just ask someone for their email address

Unfortunately this has resulted in many many unwanted and unpleasant emails wholly unrelated to the topic or anything I've ever said being sent not to mention that email address being registered on websites I've never attended or have interest in as well as mailing lists.

Create a burner email that you only give out on here. Then redirect to a more personal email if you actually trust the person. A lot of posters give out something like Mir_TD@gmail..
