This is my first day of posting and I have been accused of being someone's alter at least 10-12 times today.

82 posts on your first day?

No one does that that's not familiar with the site.

We will have to tie a large boulder around your waist and drop you in the LSU lakes.

If you rise back to the top, then you're an alter.

If you sink, then you are who you say you are.

We'll meet you at the Lakes tomorrow morning.

A poster does not simply register and hit the ground running like a long time regular and not be an alter except for me.

The lakes are 3 feet deep and full of poo. No thanks!

Fine.

Then meet us at the Y swimming pool on Bluebonnet - the sketchy one.

There is no way to prove it. There are signs that make people think you are an alter.

Here are a couple:

1. You have nearly 100 posts on your first day.

2. You actually know where the help board is.

3. You jumped right into threads on the PT Board.

Most people don't do that. Hell, most people stay away from the PT Board completely, let alone post there on their first day.

Best way is to go and post a welcome thread on the OT Lounge with pictures.

If you show up guns blazing around here, you're an alter. As KingRanch.

I had a similar experience. I was super active on saintreport, got banned and joined TD because of my brother. I actually increased my posting because TD was so much funner than SR.

Just to let y'all know, Tigerdroppings is not the only forum on the Internet.

I say we ask the poster in question to give us a little background of how he became so prolific on message boards.

That may help dispel alter rumors but probably not.

Don't sweat it buddy, people still think I'm an alter on here. Just got to let it go.

Like I said man. I lurked here for a 1 1/2 years. I feel like I already know all of you.

I'm a political junkie. Can't stop. Won't stop.

Plus, I'm familiar with message boards and a frequent contributor on other forums.
