Just want to play by the rules and be informative without crossing the line but it appears some threads get whacked quickly.

No links or confirmed sources. "Rumors" get the axe pretty quickly, especially pertaining to this topic.

Mine thread was not a rumor. I had dinner with source last night-and as anyone who has real inside information revealing your source would stop any sharing of information and you would not be trusted in the future.
My friendship with my source is more important than the information.
If admins want TD to have the breaking news they should review their policy for removing threads

You might be right, but how is anyone here supposed to truly know that? If you were to pay attention to how many people claim to have "inside info" here, you'd understand that it's easier to just delete all the unsubstantiated threads instead of trying to weed through what's real or not.
Email the admins personally with what you have and get their blessing before posting anything like that. My only advice.

Repeated offenses of getting wacked will get you banned. I do not want to cross that line. I care about LSU and this board(long time member) and only want to provide definitive information without revealing my source. As I said my friendship is way more important.

I get that but the board is replete with other rumors and don't you find it interesting that my thread was specific as to information but did not name a source and it got whacked.
So why are the other rumor threads still up?
And this thread was moved from coaching to help board.
