It really boggles the mind that an obvious troll can amass that many posts and go unchecked.
Look, the guy is maybe the best troll this site has had, because he does a decent job of hiding it sometimes. But literally his whole persona is built to troll.
What he does on the MSB I don't care, besides the fact that he literally ruins any reasonable discussion. But get him the frick off of PT.

Please remove Boom from Pelicans Talk. He has never been constructive there and constantly takes every shot he gets to stir up nonsense and crap on the Pelicans.
Though some of us ignore him, there are just too many posters coming and going for him to not have an impact on the quality of discussion.
The board is the best Pelicans discussion board around when he's not involved. Let's keep it that way.

I support this thread. Practically every Pels Talk thread Boom enters gets derailed away from the actual topic and on to the Rockets. Even this time when we were talking about an actual Rockets player, he didn't focus on that, he rather chose to either talk critically of the Pelicans roster or tell us how great the Houston franchise is. Not on topic at all and all of it was posted for no other reason than to watch us spin our wheels. He could be a useful poster but he chooses to be a troll instead and he really needs to be told to dig himself.

in my unbiased opinion, pels talk needs boom. boom toughens the board up. pels talk whines too much about cynical thoughts and opinions. what's really more disturbing is the lack of board activity after a losing streak. Pelicans have to prove success on the court to prove cynical people wrong and they've earned that past 2 years.

cause ya'll jump my shite all the time because i'm more pessimistic about the pels and i've been proved to been more right than wrong lately. last year was a disaster and that place was a ghost town nearly. i don't know what the shite boom is arguing about but if he's wrong, prove him so. if he ends up being right about whatever he's saying, ya'll will owe a bunch of apologies for being so rude.

Its fine to be pessimistic(and there is some reason for it for sure) but its not shown in a constructive manner.
The place was a ghost town due to it being overrun with nothing but everything sucks and shite in cycle for months. There was zero actual discussion and it turned anyone that might have wanted to have one away.
Its been far better lately but boom loves to tell us in nearly every thread about what a god franchise the rockets are. That's not what the board is for.

lots of optimism isn't shown in a constructive manner either. Pels talk has been decent lately. Stop whining about a Rocket fan giving an undesirable opinion. This isn't about any of the signings,its a guy taking his blantant homerism and superiority complex way too far.
Boom is capable of being a poster with decent insight but has some absurd reason to be in sufferable when its unnecessary.
