Between about 3 pm and 6 pm (when I get off work to dinner) is the witching hours for me when it comes to maintaining a healthy diet/lifestyle. Eating 4-5 small meals a day for me in the summer is easy when I'm off but not so much when I'm working. Any ideas for some healthy snacks to carry me over?

Healthy all depends on your goals and diet.

Healthy for KETO is cheese with heavy whipping cream whereas that would be bad for someone trying to keep fat low in IIFYM

Healthy for overall body health (i.e. no chemicals) would be different also

Basically going with calories in/calories out approach emphasizing healthier, cleaner eating. Trying to get away from the overly processed stuff.

Since I'm assuming people here are doing KETO, those options would probably be appreciated too.

This time of day I usually go with nuts on my non workout days or fruit on my workout days. I do a lot of circuit training and if I eat nuts nuts on my workout days they want to come up when my heart rate gets really high.

10 almonds and a medium sized raw carrot.

I don't know why, but I never tire of it. I think it's because it's just a snack. It's meaningless. Why look for something really yummy when it's a prime opportunity to go overboard on calories?

Fat bombs (pure cacao, sugar alcohol of some sort--swerve usually, vanilla, almond or peanut butter, coconut oil, sometimes some chopped nuts, butter)

Celery or bacon w almond butter

Pork Clouds or the Epic brand w guac

Cucumbers and guac hummus

Friend cheese (in avocado oil) w squeeze of lemon

Dark chocolate and roasted almonds

Kimchi

Halo Top w strawberries and my seed mix (hemp, flax, chia, sunflower)

Sugar free cheesecake.

Duke's links, spicy

Wisps with peanut butter

Half a granny Smith apple w almond butter

Cheese and uncured dry salami on these Scandinavian crackers I get on Netrition.com

Berries.

Hot sausage and sharp cheddar balls (biscuits)--i make them out of almond and other low-carb flour, egg, buttermilk, baking soda/powder. very easy and filling.

So many. I can narrow to one.

My wife is watching calories...her go to snack that are low cal (so she can eat a good bit to feel fuller) are mainly veggies. We go through a bunch of pickles, carrots + hummus, tomatoes, and celery. Also, boiled eggs are a solid snack- roughly 70 calories each dipped in a little salt can knock out a salty craving.

Rice cakes if you aren't worried about carbs.
