Mine are starting to get stale.

I usually prep breakfast and two lunches for 5 work days.

Breakfast is 1/2 cup of cottage cheese some fruit. I've been eating this for 2 years and haven't gotten tired of it yet.

I keep the pre workout meal pretty uniform since it's just fuel. Usually around 7 oz of lean ground deer meat, grilled chicken breast, beef, or fish. I throw in different veggies like green beans, asparagus, brussels sprouts, or carrots.

My post workout meal I usually try to make something that I'll enjoy. This is the one I'm running out of ideas for. My go tos are getting stale. Had lasagna last week which was good but too calorie dense to do often. This week I did deer tips, rice, and gravy. Chicken fajitas is another that I like to do.

- 2 lbs deer meat cooked in taco seasoning
- 1 cup cilantro lime rice
- 1 can of black beans
- 1 cup of no fat greek yogurt
- hot sauce of choice

Mix it all together. I make this almost weekly.

Sometimes I sub the deer meat with chicken if I want to get crazy and mix it up

I’ve been doing 6oz of chicken, ground turkey, lean ground beef, or lean steak

1 cup jasmine/basmati rice or a sweet potato. I rotate them.

4 oz greens

Boiled eggs, protein shakes, or mixed nuts for breakfast.

You people that hate vegetables, riced cauliflower mixed with normal rice is a sneaky way to add vegetables. Works on kids too

Breakfast casserole. Cut in 6ths. Freeze individually. Serve on tortilla of choice (I buy protein added).

1 pound cooked meat (of your choice. Brown in skillet ahead).
Diced veggies.
2 of the individual serving Greek yogurts. I buy non flavored.
1/2 cup shredded cheese.
7 eggs.

Mix in pan and bake for 50 minutes.

Smoke a week's worth of meat and eat fruit with it. Fast, easy, and loaded with micronutrients.

I do a boars head turkey and/or roast beef wrap with mayo and cheese for mid afternoon snack. Make them thick and it can be around 40g of protein and they’re super easy. The more time intensive and complex the less likely I’ll do it.

That sounds delicious. How’s this done?

Mexican Chicken Sandwiches

This is the original recipe but I just buy flats of Chicken thighs from H-E-B and some cans of La Costeña pickled jalapeños then throw them into a bag for at least 24 hours.

You can marinate them more on the grill but they’re absolutely delicious without the extra butter/hot sauce on them.

It's hard to make bad skin-on chicken thighs in the oven. Parmesan and italian seasoning, dusting of spices, shake and bake.

Deer or beef sirloin, nothing but salt and pepper but lay it on a bit of garlic butter when you pull it off the grill.

Chicken piccata with boneless thighs. Not bad for you at all.

I do this one quite a bit. I got the idea from Meat Church. It also works well with pickle juice. I'll often use thin sliced chicken breast cutlets grilled fast and hot.

Was out of town all weekend so I was short on time yesterday when prepping.

Trying out Salmon's taco in a bowl suggestion this week for lunch #2. Cilantro lime rice, black beans, 90/10 deer grind with taco seasoning and yogurt. Was really quick and easy to make.

Sorry for the sh*t pictures I had a bulb go out in the kitchen. Replaced it after I was done cooking.

For lunch #1 I marinated chicken breast chunks in a chipotle marinade then grilled. Pulled off of the grill when at temp, took about 8 minutes. Brown rice and green beans with it.

I was going to recommend him. He has a cookbook you can purchase with a lot of meal prep options. Every meal I have made just from his Instagram page has been really good.
