It was the first time I had tried it so I wasn't sure on dosage especially when I wasn't sober. I drank a little bit and didn't notice any difference so I took a good gulp.

Anyone use the clen for weightloss. I know stop eating and exercise fat guy. Doing that but as I get older the metabolism is not what it used to be, need a jump start. Anyone have any info.
