I'm not a big vitamin/supplement guy, but there are a few things I am supposed to be taking right now.

Apart from wading through Amazon reviews or happening upon a good article in a neutral health mag/blog, I'm having a hard time finding truly neutral reviews on vitamins and supplements.

The review and "ranking" sites are mostly paid advertising/sock puppets/book and/or supplement-sales sites (thinly disguised).

Any good resources you can recommend?

bodybuilding.com and go to the store section. From there you'll be able to select any product and it has user reviews.

Every review is by actual customers who have tried the product.

Thanks y'all. I'm not body building right now due to chemo port (Eric Berry went without one so he could train but his veins are 15 years younger than mine). I am supposed to be taking a probiotic, B vitamins and electrolytes during chemo. I am not overly concerned with the quality or potency of electrolytes--i do a combo of natural foods and tablets. But there are a lot of claims about probiotics brands out there. Like time release properties and claims that the "normal" kind get destroyed by stomach acid before being absorbed. Lots of bro and pseudoscience out there.

Whelp, you have asked about probably the only thing I've never tried or researched

I've been taking a probiotic I got off the amazon to help with my digestion. Seems to work alright, but I'm skeptical as well. I've asked multiple people about which brand/type to take and no one really knows for sure.

probiotics
I'm deeply skeptical of basically every probiotic product on the market. I think they're going to eventually discover that the microbiome is vastly too complex to reduce to just swallowing some stuff to rebuild your gut fauna.

I actually love NO-Xplode. Even if it's old school.

Still, the ON platinum pre-workout you posted about a long time ago is still the best. Finished it about a month and a half ago.
