Here are a couple that have become staples for me:

Turkey:
Get the 48 oz packages of ground turkey and cut it into 6 cubes. Don't form them into patties but you can press them into more dense squares if you want so they don't fall apart on grill. Season with salt and grill on all sides on a hot, well lubricated grill for about 25 min. You can pour teriyaki or worstishire before you put on grill.

Eggs;
Pour Egg beaters into a ceramic bowl. Microwave for about 4 min. Serve with green salsa. (you may want to crack a window while you cook because nuked eggs kind of sink).

What else you got?

I’m not sure I’ll ever get sick of this.

The overnight Oats I make are between 40g and 50g of protein. Rolled Oats, 0% Greek yogurt, cinnamon, maple syrup. Scoop of protein powder, half an apple diced.

I do something similar but the protein power I have is salted caramel. I have just tried blueberries, strawberries, and bananas in it. I throw in chia seeds and flax seeds. Very solid.

My wife did something pretty interesting yesterday for lunch.

She took two cans of cooked chicken, an egg, shredded cheese and Slap Ya Mama and mixed it all together. She then portioned out 11 "nuggets" and placed them in the air fryer for a bit.

Total of about 620 calories and 110 grams of protein. Zero carbs.

They tasted good, too.

Simple and cheap.

Can you ask at what temp and about how long? Interested in trying this but might use leftover rotisserie chicken

Interesting recipe, but canned chicken gives me the creeps. I’ll eat canned tuna but not chicken. I make no sense

My wife won’t eat it either. It’s not the best tasting chicken but you can’t beat the convenience.

I was the same until I gave in to the TikTok canned chicken pizza crust and canned chicken nuggets trends.

What fat % do y’all usually use for ground beef? And I’m assuming you drain?

I’m more likely to have 90/10. I always drain, but I did try cooking and then rinsing with hot water, and return to the pan for a flash fry. It washed off a ton of fat and taste the same.
