I like to do this. I like the sweat. It's not hard to do. Simply stop before heat stroke happens.

Reminds me of what I was thinking the other day.

If you were a lower class working man, and got bit by a vampire,..but you owned a lawn service.

How annoying would that be for clients and their neighbors.

I did yard work this morning and it was brutal. I must have drank 5 gallons of water.

Sometimes I run in the heat because I'm working evenings and nights. Other times, I would rather just get it done rather than putting it off until the evening.

My endurance is better early or late but sometimes I like the feeling of sweating my arse off and the challenge. Typically all I'm good for tho in the heat/humidity mid day is 3-4 miles.

I do this sometimes. I also like to run when it's in the 30's during the winter.

Just to see how long I can go before I think I'm going to die.

Wuss. Run on concrete during the hottest part of the day for 20-30 mins. That's a work out.

I forget the exact formula, but the equation to create heat is essentially a mix of change in temperature, amount of surface area, and a heat quotient.
If you want to burn the most calories, run in the coldest part of the day with the least amount of clothes on

You honestly think southern Louisiana is hotter than southern Arizona?
