Anyone have any good workout plans you use?

I like using drop sets and super sets but that is not a requirement. Not looking for heavy, aggressive muscle gain. Something moderate would do just fine.

5 workouts/week

I dont have a ton of gym equipment, so I prefer workouts that mainly utilize dumbells and barbells

Look at the greyskull LCI method or maybe one of the Jim Stoppani workouts. Muscle gain/Loss is mainly going to be predicated on diet.
