Just got started reading into keto diets. I definitely need to drop some lbs.

What are some of your go-to keto snacks and sides?

TIA

What do you dog or keto when you are incredibly picky and out of what you listed this is all you eat?

Find what you like that fits and stick with it, for example, do you like walnuts? If the only think you like are high carb foods then keto is not going to be sustainable.

1. Get a smoker!
2. Crustless pizza in Croc pot is awesome
3. Look up recipe for homemade Jalepeno Ranch dressing (I can send to you if you can’t find one)
4. Lots of good Salad with chic/steak at restaurants just know the general rules and read menu.
5. Jerky, Almonds, Guacamole, cheese sticks (the ones kids eat, not fried) are some good quick snacks.

Try not to snack.

Eat meals then go as long as you can without eating.

Best advice on the page.

That and raw walnuts or Lindt 95% cocoa chocolate bars.

Omelets all day every day
Tacos (can either use low carb tortillas or cheese wraps)
Chicken salad sandwiches, chicken salad from Zoe’s and Sola bread
Crustless pizza or cheese wrapped pizza
Salmon, steaks, grilled chicken, boiled shrimp on a rotating basis

My available snacks are Marcona almonds, tillamook zero carb sausage and jerky, Wilde chicken chips and if I need something sweet Simply Lite dark chocolate almond bars or Fat Snax cookies. For coffee I just use stevia and coconut milk.

Lost over 30 lbs and kept it off eating the above while actually exercising less

Here's my keto snack list.

Macadamia nuts
dried biltong/jerky (have to be careful of label)
Friggin Pork cracklings (i'm addicted)
pepperoni or salami (again 0 carb ones)
Any 0 carb cheese

I avoid anything with artificial sweetener or keto branded snacks. You have to be very careful because some 'keto' labeled things are very NOT keto. I try and do as natural a keto as I have time for. Meaning I try and not use the processed food crutch like fastfood or artificially sweetened desserts. I'd rather do without.

Try to not eat after your supper (before 7pm) until your lunch (11-12) later the better.

I usually eat lunch but am starving when I get home so I will have a snack before dinner. Don't overdo it though. Log your foods and keep track of everything that goes in your mouth.
