I bought some L-Leucine

So when do I take this stuff? Online resources are saying before, some say during, some say after. shite, some even say right before bed.

Supp Bros, when is the optimal time to take it?

When that happens, choose. I'd recommend after.

Take it for a few weeks after workouts. Don't change anything else (diet, other supps, or exercise).

Then take it for a few weeks at a different time of your choosing and see if there are any differences.

Depends, are you fasting or anything? If not I would take intra and immediately post when protein synthesis is highest.

If fasting sip during the fast. Essentially take like you would any bcaa supp

What about psyllium?

And C3G?

Is it safe to take all three in the same day? I'm sorry for having so many questions.

I don't do those. It's just too much for me. However, follow that as the article suggest... Like Metamucil ... Take it with your meals.

You don't need Leucine intra. It helps with protein transport so take it post.

Psyllium is just fiber, like George said take it like Metamucil. Take the c3g 30 min before your pre workout meal or 30 min before largest meal on non workout days

I mix my psyllium with my post workout shake fwiw

I only use it on days I'm short on fiber though

Same, but mine is just fine not psyllium. I take benefiber. Really has helped with digestion.

My protein powder already has BCAA's, including Lucein. Should I not put the Lucein in it?
