I'm a big fan of heavy sled drags (deliberate pace, not running).

I take an old, large ice chest and fill with sand. Attach a rope to the ice chest, then to an old reinforced belt.

Yep! I occasionally just push it, but it's a bit low. I could probably add poles on either side and a crossbar and have a legit one.
