BPC-157 is a peptide that is a partial sequence of body protection compound that is derived from human gastric juice. Research shows that BPC-157 heightens the healing of many different types of tissue from tendon, muscle, and the nervous system. It can also increase blood flow back to injured sites, protect organs, prevent stomach ulcers and heal skin burns.

Any recommended brands?

I tried it out a few years ago. It works but I prefer TB-500 because it can be injected anywhere. BPC-157 has to be injected in close proximity to the injury which can be extremely challenging if you don't have someone else to do it.

I’ve seen it in oral form.

Correct, BPC 157 can be used orally for a systemic effect. It does not have to be injected locally.

Oral dosages are best suited for treating stomach and intestinal problems. Injecting BPC-157 is the preferred route of administration for inflammation, muscle sprains, inflammation, ligament damage, and pain.

I use it and TB500 frequently to treat minor issues before they become major while still training full time. Right now I’m running it to stave off foot and ankle issues after having run 80 miles this week. If you do stuff that anticipate a small tendon or ligament issue coming up it’s good to just keep it in stock so you can start treating the day the issue comes on. Blue sky peptides is where I get it.

There are some shady companies selling research chemicals and most of the raw powder comes from Chy-na.

As this is "not for human use", the recommended sources change frequently as fake BPC is common.

Science.bio and pure rawz were 2 of the recommended sites in recent past but I don't know if they still are

Reddit normally has good source conversations for the latest and greatest info

Narrows Labs just started carrying it. I haven't tried it, but they are a reputable SARM manufacturer.
