I'm not talking about the sodium-free kind. I'm using vegetarian-based "better than bouillon" powder (1 tsp = 650mg sodium, 15 cal)
Seems to work pretty well. I mix it with whey and a little bit of gatorade. The taste isn't too offensive. Anyone else doing something like this?

Why not just drink water? Do you go in the sauna or something?

I rather water, but I'm not overly dehydrated after a workout. For dehydration, I use the sqwincher sugar free electrolyte quick sticks or electrolyte tablets.

I drink crab boil post workout to make sure I keep the sodium levels up.
