Hit 45 in a week and am Starting to really feel aches and pains in my joints. Been working out alot the past few months, cutting weight by almost 40 pounds but I feel sore in the joints. What are you guys on and what would you recommend as a daily joint supplement? I take turmeric but doesn’t seem to be doing much or maybe it is and I can’t tell the difference.

This is the one I take along with regular fish oil. Never really had any joint issues. Also, I see collagen listed a lot. My protein shakes have it in there.

Congrats on the weight loss! That huge.

I buy and use Sam’s Club brand Glucosamine HCL 1500 mg, Chondroiton/MSM Complex 1103 mg in one tab. 2 tabs a day does it. I’m 69 and it works for me.

Collagen protein was a game changer for me and one of my buddies. Give it a try. I just add a scoop to my post work out shakes.

I mix it in my coffee in the morning. I have the flavorless one and it mixes well. I find the heat of the coffee helps to mix it easier

Collagen Peptides, it’s in a small tub with a blue label. We have it in our local H-E-B stores and it’s fantastic. Walmart carries it as well.

I get it added as a boost to my protein shakes from True Nutrition.

Collagen Peptides

I started adding this to my daily diet and the knee that has bothered me when I jog stopped hurting. I’m not saying this was the cure, just my experience.

COSTCO sells the 24 oz tubs and they go on sale occasionally. Stock up when they are on sale.

The Unflavored variety is better health wise than the Chocolate flavored.

Fish oil is good for a lot of things, but it does aid with joint pain, too.
