It's been about 3 months since I've been on this site
New job has been keeping me busy
And I found out that I will be a dad in February (it's a boy)
Still training though.
Did a guest pose 3 weeks ago in Florida
Show in November

How you doing?

Welcome back!

Congrats on being a dad!

So when's the bulk diet? It's way more fun lol.

Bulk starts the week of Thanksgiving
Keeping it real clean though
Planning on just increasing my complex carbs to my current diet.... but will still enjoy myself with something I crave once a week

Yep, that's my plan as well even though I went off the deep end this week.

Been upping the calories to help me recover from the program I created. It's brutal but effective.

I did a guest pose on Aug. 19
From the 20 to the 26, it was anything goes
I ate ice cream every day
I ate fried seafood, pasta, chips, etc....
I had to enjoy my vacation while I was in Florida

That's one of my big problems when bulking
I never eat enough after workout and my workout is usually a big powerlifting program
My calories are not high enough sometimes

Congratulations, man!

I'm glad you're busy and still maintaining the physique.

All is good on this end, brotha. Kids are well, animals are fed, and I love my new gym.

I didn't know you had kids...
I might be in touch for some advice

You getting big or what?

My son will be 6 in December and my daughter just turned 15.

All the advice I can give is just do what you think is right. All kids are different the second they are born. It just takes getting used to. Just love the child and the rest typically falls into place.

Oh, and stock up on diapers now. You'll blow through them in a week. There's no such thing as too few diapers.

I'm getting big, just not in a good way. My routine is almost exclusively gymnastics and calisthenics now, I still weigh around 180. But I'm the strongest I've ever been and I see progress every week.

That is awesome
Keep it up
It's not easy, but to see progress every week is real good

I have twin boys that are 2.

Stock up on diapers.
Don't worry about development in comparison with other babies.
If the pediatrician isn't caused for alarm, you shouldn't be.
Don't look up symptoms on WebMD.
Work on being consistent with teaching and rules.
Schedules are a must.
Continue to give yourself time in the gym to destress. If you aren't taking care of yourself, how can you care for another?
