Anyone here enjoy hard boiled eggs for breakfast or snacking?

If so, how many do you consider healthy for daily intake? I've seen 3-4, but Atkins and low carb people literally eat them all day long.

I boil for 6-7 minutes, put them in some cold water and they are pretty easy to shell, the salt and pepper and they aren't bad for low carb snacking/meal.....

I have been eating 3 a day as a snack/part of lunch. Have not had any side effects.

I have a few yard birds. I always workout during lunch every day. And after have a protein shake, and 2 boiled eggs. Holds me over til supper
