This morning I had a cliff bar, which I don't usually do but I got up really hungry for some reason.

There is a new sushi restaurant locally in Blacksburg Va I wanna try but if it is busy I may be a big fat fattie and kill some Five Guys, the girls in my office have never had Five Guys so I may take them some for lunch.

6 eggs
3 pieces of thick bacon
170g Brussell sprouts
Half bag of spinach

Later

8oz chicken breast
Oikos triple zero Greek yogurt
8oz cottage cheese
2 cracker barrel sharp cheddar 0.75 oz cheese sticks

On a cut. Total 1525 calories today

I could never eat straight spinach for breakfast.

Maybe in s smoothie or in a wrap, but still.

I steamed the spinach with the Brussell sprouts. Put some salt on it. Not great but it's diet food

Ever since I started eating healthy I eat whatever whenever. I'll eat dinner for breakfast and breakfast for lunch etc.

Morning
Coffee with heavy cream

Lunch
13oz chicken breast
1.5 cups of green beans
3 cups mixed greens with walden farms dressing

Preworkout Carbs
1/2 cup of oats
1/4 cup of greek yogurt
1/2 scoop of whey
1/2 cup of unsweetened almond milk

Dinner
13oz chicken breast
1.5 cups of green beans
3 cups mixed greens with walden farms dressing
half bag of brussel sprouts



~1800 calories according to CRON-O-Meter.
244g of Protein
120g of Carbs
39g of Fats



Do I need more fats in this day of eating? Can add tablespoon of unsalted grassfed butter to my dinner.

I'm getting better about meal prepping. Usually I hate eating the same thing over and over.

Monday through Friday:

L - Quinoa Enchilada Bake
D - Turkey-Avocado Sandwich on 40-cal bread with mustard and a wedge of Laughing Cow Swiss smeared in the place of mayo

Light & Fit Greek if lunch doesn't fill me up. None needed today, as I am hungover and hate eating when hungover.

Allowed 1 Diet Coke per day, 1 Vitamin Water Zero, and tons of water.

Dinner Time

Over roasted chicken thigh tacos topped with guac, black beans and salsa with a kale salad and water. I skipped out on five guys but still got some for the girls and it was hell on earth driving almost an hour in the car with the smell of those fries emitting from out the bag.

Late snack will probably be a few glasses of wine and maybe some skinny pop

4 eggs, 2 slices cheese

Handful of home made trail mix, 2 cheese sticks

Scoop of protein post workout

Rotisserie chicken breast, wing, thigh, and leg with a side of cheese pasta (normally don't do pasta but it was leftover in the fridge from the weekend)

cup of greek yogurt mixed with 3 tblspoon peanut butter and a splash of heavy whipping cream
