Take the change and tees out of your right pocket and put it in your left pocket.

What the hell you talking bout baw?

ETA: I thought I was on the OB. Get your 7i, go to the range, don't decelerate. Hit punch shots, but not decelerated ones. Take a 50% back swing and come through to 70% keep the head in the zone. Make your shoulder drive the head through.

Work it out.

Address at the toe.

If that doesn't work, alcohol.... lots.

For a real answer. On the range put three tees parallel to your aim point in the ground just outside the toe of your club at address.

When you swing do everything you can to avoid hitting the tees and make any contact with the ball.

Your head is sliding forward before impact. Focus on keeping your head still over the ball. You're welcome.

shanks are caused by your arms not being in sync with your body and going out on their own orbit. think of a swing carousel, when the middle is turning people lag behind and orbit the middle. if it stops turning, all the swings and people flail out on their own path.

your arms should be like the chain, loose and not rigid. so, like i said in my previous post. more turn, less arms. that's a fact, take it for what it's worth or don't.

Could be swinging inside out too much. Maybe try to hit some fades on the range.

I mean, maybe. But the cause of shanks is the hosel making contact with the ball. I guess that could be caused by what you said.

Stand a little further from the ball at address.
