Prolly 4 on 4 or 5 on 5 depending on the number of players and just take the combined lowest ball from each team.

Played both my best and worst golf in a single round. Was something to see. 2 birdies (6 and 9) and an eagle on 13 where I got on in two to 12 feet.... finished with an 86.
