Anyone play Tamahka Trails lately? Doing a weekend getaway with some buddies and debating between Tamahka Trails and Koasati Pines.

Tamahka offers a VIP package if you have 16 or more. Anyone ever did this?

Appreciate any feedback on both courses.

Had a guy stay with us who played the APT tour at Tamaka and said it was in the best shape he has seen it. It was also crazy difficult apparently. They just redid all of their bunkers.

Hit up Broken Wheel Brewery while you are in Marksville. Solid place to eat.

Course is in great shape. They added a few tee boxes for the APT tour, had those boys playing long.

TT has really improved recently and KP is always good. Both are great options.

That's a stretch. I played 2.5 weeks ago. Many areas throughout almost every hole with new sod laid down. Was picking up the plastic lining multiple times throughout the day with my spikes. Tee boxes were very rough whether it was sandy areas or new sod. Greens and bunkers were in good shape however.
