How to get a course GHIN slope and rating?

Home course tips are approx 6700, men’s tees are approx 6100
I’ve played lots of courses that have hybrid tees between tips and men’s
I’ve figured a hybrid tee set that plays 6400+
How could we get a slope and rating for this tee set?
How do we get this tee set added to GHIN to calculate index appropriately?

It's up to the course to create an official combination then have the USGA review it.
At our course, we have 4 official tees plus 6 combinations. All are rated and can be posted in GHIN.

There is a chart.
I think Oregon put it out.
I’ll see if I can link it here.
LINK
Looks like 1.4 off course rating and 3 off slope.
With mobile app scoring I hope they will eventually let you put scores in hole by hole.
After work sometimes for a change of pace we will play different tee markers on different holes.
Last I got we did 1 gold, 2 white, 3 white, 4 gold, 5 blue, 6 white, 7 white, 8 gold, 9 white.
Mostly just to get different clubs in our hands, but randomly changing tees creates a lot of potential golf courses to play.
It is really great for par 3s.

Contact the state golf association. If in La contact the Louisiana Golf Association.
