Anyone ever trade clubs at this place or is your time better served trying to sell online?

2012-13 I traded a driver in and didn't get much for it. Im not sure if anything other than PGA trade in was available then or not. But today I would go with 2ndswing.com or GolfAvenue or PGA before trading in at Edwin Watts.

Anyone trading in clubs is using pga value site for prices.

If you want more, you’ll have to sell online yourself.

The best site to use is club brokers. They will cut a check to you and the pricing isn’t bad.

Yes trade there a good bit. Not online. I usually trade my older driver for the new one etc.

With the second market for clubs being so hot right now i have no clue why anyone would trade in their clubs. I’ve sold numerous clubs the past couple years and they weren’t even up online for more than 48 hours.

Edwin Watts told me they no longer use pga value guide for trade in values and instead have their own independent way of determining club values. I can tell you it’s gonna be less than pga value guide because I went to trade in an old driver there last year that pga value guide had at $90 but EW would only give me $65 for it

Hell I sold my 20 year old RAC OS irons at my garage sale for $150. I was shocked.

I would not waste your time with Edwin Watts. Went to trade in a TM driving iron that was brand new and all they wanted to give me was $23. Sold it on Ebay for $125 before fees (around $95 after shipping and fees).

Had a new TM putter I won at work and traded it in there. Got pretty close to retail for it surprisingly.

Same here. I had a vokey sm8 still in the plastic that I won in a scramble.

Went to watts about 4-5 months before the sm9’s were released. They offered me $25. Told me it was because it was soon to be a discontinued model.

Sold it in golfwrx for $135 same day.
