What are your thoughts on this? Is it too late in the Wii U's life as a console to make this a double port for both the NX and the former?

Gamexplain had a 40 minute video describing the different parts of the game that could be improved, such as the graphics, an actual orchestral score, amongst other things. I think it would be, considering how TP is my favorite game in the series.

(You probably would've never guessed, right? )

Any thoughts? Would you buy it if about 30-40% was remade and improved?

I think they should do it for the NX, not another double release because the NX should finally be a step up form the PowerPC platform.

However, they probably need something on their schedule for 2017 as I don't see the NX hitting until '18.

A remake would be nice and remove all the motion controls. However it's a waste to release anything on wii U right now.

This.

People seem to forget that Nintendo tends to take a couple of years to release a system once its initially been revealed.

Plus, w/Splatoon and Mario Maker being such big hits I think they can afford to ride out the WiiU for a while longer.

If they remade the entire second half of the game where Ganondorf isn't even in it, then yes.

All I know is that I specifically bought the Wii U anticipating the latest Zelda Title. While I was pleased with Mario Kart and some of the retro games, I have been rather disappointed with the list of new titles thus far.

I like Twilight Princess, but I'm rather indifferent about revisiting another game at this point.

Twilight Princess was good but not a classic like OoT. So no I would not be interested in a remake in lieu of a new game.
