Winner of XBox vs PS4?

I'm finally pulling the trigger on one of the new systems. Have mainly been a PS guy, but have owned both. Have enjoyed exclusives on both: Halo and Gears of War on XBox / Devil May Cry and God of War on PS. With both of the PS favorites seemingly over with, I would say Halo gives the XBox One the advantage. Favorite series is Assassin's Creed, which allows either system. Same for Batman Arkham. Don't play much online, but have a nephew with an XBox begging me to play him. I've almost bought an XBox like 4 times already, but keep hesitating for some reason. Unless the PS4 is just flat out better, or they are finally doing a reboot of Onimusha, I'm going XBox. Any one wanting to convince me otherwise?

Sounds like you should just get an Xbox One. Neither system is clearly better than the other and if an Onimusha reboot was coming, it would likely be on both systems anyway, since it's a Capcom IP.

In reality, I think I want the PS4, but the XBox is just suiting my current gaming situation better. I'm sure I'll be happy either way, as I'm not up to speed enough to use everything they both offer. I had seen the PS4's were starting to outsell them by a good bit, just wanted to make sure it wasn't because the XBox sucks. Thanks guys.

This is mainly due to price. PS4 was a lot less than the XBox, so price sensitive buyers bought the PS4.
The XBox is currently less than the PS4 by a decent amount and thus outselling it for the holiday season.
This gen has just proven to me that price matters more to the general mass consumer than anything.

Ps4 got out to a hot start after the launch and the MS Pr disasters. Early reports are saying that Xbox is taking November though and closing the gap. You will be fine with either one.

Remember when all the Xbox people would call the PS4 being cheaper for poor people?
Now a year later it's the Xbox that has taken massive price reductions to move units.

And your point ? The PS3 people used to say the same about the 360. That is just fanboys being fanboys.
