Maybe in 5-6 years when they realize their product is complete shite and is not what it used to be. Until then it's COD part 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8.......

I like Ghosts a lot. Definitely a huge step up from MW2 and BLOPS2. I like just about all of the maps with the exception of 1 or 2. The leveling up system is much better too. Now you can't shoot up from a 1-10 in 2 or 3 games.

I yearn for a socom game though.
Warfighter has great game modes with Combat Mission and Hot Spot. That game did some good things. It shrunk Battlefield modes into CoD style maps. It just didn't deliver a smooth experience. But it has some good elements...you could actually put an ACOG on an M416 and be effective. Silencers didn't hurt you too much. Lots of the gunplay aas great...I think that's important for a stategic team fps.

The original COD was the greatest multiplayer game I've ever played

This. Orignial COD and COD2 were the best. Single shot rifles all day long.

I actually really enjoy Ghosts. I got it on Christmas Eve and I haven't put Madden back in the xbone yet. Only thing I don't like about it is the new create a soldier... I just preferred the old way better.

Things I love include the Guard Dog feature... it's badass. I also like the Infected and Cranked modes.

On another note, I was thinking about this the other day... Was there ever a better multiplayer experience than getting 4-8 friends together and playing Coagulation map on Halo 2?? Jesus we killed so many hours on that map. It was awesome.

COD4 was the best IMO. The maps were just the right size and the spawn points were great.

The kill streaks were balanced, fairly easy to obtain, and required no craziness to obtain them.

Here is what has killed COD:

Youtube
Youtube tards
No scoping losers
Youtube
Youtube $$$
MLG tards

You had WAW, which was a great game, best maps, etc, then MW2, which was really good, but tubes and commando, and dual 1887's hurt it, and IW not giving a shite, also hurt. Black ops was good, then we head to the arse crack of the shitter, with mw3, bo2, and Ghosts.

If they can go back to the mw2/Waw roots, and take the bullshite out of the game, it goes back to being best in it's class.

The Youtube blew up, and so did no scoping.

I agree with what you said. Youtube made the shitty players and their styles multiply.

To me COD is the best fps because of the ease of the contolls and playability, just good mechanics. The problem is they try to do too much with it with jamming it with new CRAP. If they would go back to medium sized maps and fewer or even the default killstreaks again with less gadgets (motion sensors, sights that outli e enemies), the franchise could be saved.

Ghosts is the best COD since Blops I. Light years better than the last two.
