Why dont they make a Marvel fighting game ?

Like Injustice. Cap America vs Iron man, hulk vs thor. Wolverine vs deadpool. Thanos vs magneto. Spiderman vs Cyclops. It would make a killing.
What are some other properties that would make good fighting games? Transformers? Godzilla? DBZ?

Marvel vs. Capcom's been around for a decade+ over 4 iterations and is solid.

There's already Marvel vs Capcom. DBZ has a bunch of fighting games too. There's some old Godzilla fighting game on SNES I think.

While we're due for the new generation. Ultimate Marvel vs Capcom 3 isn't very old. You can probably find it pretty easily for PS3/360/Vita.

Capcom made a frick ton of those in the 90s
X-Men Children of the Atom
Marvel Super Heroes
Marvel vs Capcom
X-Men vs Street Fighter
Marvel vs Capcom 2
then you have Marvel vs Capcom 3 and its various iterations on PS3/Xbox 360. Still, I'd like to see a Marvel fighting game with an actual story mode like Injustice.

We've always had Marvel vs Capcom.
Injustice with DC characters was needed. We didn't have such a thing.
