Which system should I get?

PS4 Pro or XBox One X?
Buying only to play Red Dead 2 and Battlefield V. I have a 4k TV.

From what i read, Xbox X. Plays better for RDR2 at 4K natively.
I bought it for my PS4 pro, I doubt I would have known a difference but wish I would have bought it for my xbox x now that I know.

I did hear about a bug for red dead on Xbox that makes characters disappear that isn’t on the ps4

PS4 Pro is an upgrade hardware wise but the amount of money you spend relative to return doesn’t justify the purchase. Unless you’re strictly buying for game library, then go for PS4 Pro.
They’re both terrible graphics consoles that are about 3-4 generations behind current hardware but you know...the sheep will follow whatever shepherd’s available.

Xbox One X will be better for this. Also, the Xbox One X plays UHD blu-rays and PS4 Pro does not, so that may be something you'd want to consider.

For only those 2 games? XB1X, since RDR2 looks nicer and XB controllers have always been much better for FPS.

4K isn’t worth it; you can almost get both regular consoles for the price of one 4K right now.
