Perhaps, but the GameCube didn't have power issues and it still didn't sell well. Nintendo needs to change the way they do a lot of things and build those relationships.

That gamepad is awful. It gets extremely uncomfortable. I also don't like how some games forced me to use the touch screen. I just want to play games, I don't like all the gimmicky stuff. (Motion, touch screen, VR)
Obviously this is my opinion.

It's opinion, but it's not an uncommon one. The battery life also sucks on it.
