Ugh. I'm fricking pissed. I had Sam (yay), Chris, and Emily (what a total bitch, even in the end credits she's a fricking bitch) survive. I had Ashley and Mike die at the last possible minute. Because I was expecting something else to happen and it didn't. Literally last decision of the game. I was going to replay it but after that, man, I don't want to.

Played last night and the exact same thing happened to me like 10 secs before the game ends.
Matt, Mike, Emily and Ashley survived on mine.

You are not supposed to "save" mike I think. If I remember correctly, your supposed to run to the switch and then it gives you an option to flip the switch or hide and you are supposed to hide. From then, I don't know what happens but I think that's the winning combo.

I know. Near the end, there's an option to "save mike" and I think that makes things harder.

You know, on my second play through, I knew better. But I did it anyway. Because I wanted to save Jessica and I was paranoid if I didn't leave the group, I wouldn't find her. So Ashley died on my second play through.
