I played 2 which I loved, but 3 and New Vegas took it to new heights.
If you've played Skyrim, it can be comparable to that...only with guns. It's the most atmospheric game I've ever played (3).
Over 2000 programmed names put into the dialogue, so odds are yours is there. They've been working on it for seven damn years. This game will be glorious.

Massive FPS RPG in which you have complete control of your character, what choices they make, whether they are good or bad...etc.
ETA : doesn't even have to be played in first person. Can also do third , which is my preferred view just to look at the ultimate badass I've created.

Witcher 3 was hyped for longer and it was meh and I am a witcher fanboi. I will buy and play, not excited as I should be.

I'm burned out on these types of games, couldn't finish 3, but I like the aesthetic of this more so far. I like that it has more colors than fricking brown.

I'm just here to laugh at the "Witcher 3 was meh" comment. 
Seriously, I've never played any of the Fallout games. I'm kinda excited jumping into a new IP. Trailers look fantastic!

I just bought all 3 Witcher games on Steam a couple weeks ago for 20 bucks.
I just started the first one a few days ago so by the time I finish the third one, fallout 4 will probably be half off
