reviews hit Thursday morning, but i'm staying away from them
they ruined good chunks of Arkham knight for me, and for a game where the charm seems to be derived from discovering things on your own...I want no part of the reviews. things that aren't even spoilerish are spoilers. gamespot for instance showed a picture

Any of you have experience pre-ordering Amazon games? I assume so.
I've always avoided it because I am more comfortable picking it up myself, knowing I'll have it the day of. This time, Prime offered me -$12.00 for the U version of BOTW, so I jumped on it. There isn't info listed about the expected shipping or anything yet. I'm guessing they'll ship it to arrive on release day? I guess if I make it to Thursday night and it hasn't shipped, I could just cancel and go buy it at the store.

They mark every new game down to $47.99 for Prime members. I get everything through them and I've only ever had 1 game not arrive on release date (Nioh) because I waited till Saturday to order and they had a shortage due to unanticipated demand. Usually get shipping notification the day before. HZD notification came this morning and it will be here tomorrow around 11am.

Speaking of Amazon, it appears that I cannot order a Switch yet. I wanted to buy from Amazon because I intend on trading in my Wii U and games for credit (they give much more than places like Gamestop). Is it because they already sold out or because Nintendo isn't making the Switch available to Amazon?

I haven't seen any shots of a temple so far.
