I was watching a video where someone would hold a piece of fruit, and rather than just drop it, they tossed it out further. Anyone know how to do this?

Never tried it, but I'm guessing you press R like you use to throw anything.

Yea, I tried that and it pulled out a weapon to throw instead.

Ah, never mind. Finally found how to do it in another video.

If you're holding fruit, instead of the whistle command, it will move the cursor out to throw fruit further.

but I didn't do that, I went really deep but I left some new things to discover.

Probably would have done the same knowing we could not do multiple saves.

Smart choice.

So I am 80 hours in and feel like I have barely scratched the story. All I have been doing is exploring everywhere

First playthrough I got the warm doublet on the great plateau at the peak of the mountain near a shrine.

This time I cooked up a dish and showed it to the old man and he gave it to me before I even had to go up the mountain

Small thing but speaks to the variety of ways to accomplish things

That is how I got it.

i'm going apeshit on my stamina wheel this time to make it more difficult, make armor upgrades more urgent, and to make exploring less laborious in the early parts.

I had 2 full wheels on my first playthrough, I wonder how many I can get.

3 is the max.

There is a place you can go and exchange hearts. Someone said it in this thread very early on but ive just found it by accident in a very early starting area.

Easy for me. But granted I felt a sense of accomplishment picking it up right away

Oh there's a torch there and two flames, I think that's an intentional design choice. I will say it took me a few tries because it's difficult to tell which way the flame is blowing at times

I get stuck in zelda when I'm set in my way of thinking about something and then I step back and start from scratch and it's easier than shite and I feel the satisfying "duh I'm an idiot" but I think that's intentional on their part

The constellations shrine exemplifies that for me, but sometimes I pick up tricky shite pretty instantaneously and I know I shouldn't and it's still gratifying. Game is unbelievably good

Does the master sword break in this game? Would think not

It runs out and recharges (8 minute recharge)

It's really durable and even moreso when using it on guardians or castle creatures I think.

It's 30 attack but 60 with guardians and within the castle

It encourages variety that you'll enjoy. If you can let go easily it's not even a thing. I think it speaks to the personality of the gamer

Am I the only one who deliberately goes back to the Temple of Time to pray to the Goddess once I have the Orbs? Just seems anticlimatic to get them in Karkariko Village and whatnot.
