Trailer looks awesome but I've learned not to get too excited about beta footage

Looks like another hard core parkour game.

Quite a few streamers playing it today. It looks like something new and refreshing that I'd be willing to try. I never really delved into Apex too much, but it gives me some of those vibes as well.

Watched a few matches and it is chaotic, but I think very cool. High TTK's, destructible environment, tons of little booby traps and items scattered over the maps that can be used to destroy buildings, etc.

From all of the elements and animations that I've seen, it might take a $6k PC to even run 120 FPS to keep the graphics decent, but I'm no expert on computer hardware.

I can’t play this on Wi-Fi/ps5. For some reason, it says my region is in Europe in the main menu.

ETA: had to change it from “automatic” to “North America” in the settings menu.

Now I can’t find a match at all.

ETA: my PS5 doesn’t like my mesh network. Had to connect directly to the main Wi-Fi. I can find games now and it not rubber band me.

With that said, you guys must be on Adderall to be able to play this. The movement on this is worse than CoD with all of the zippity-do-da movements.

Got the download invite on steam last night and just had a chance to drop in for a few games. It's very fun and different! I was concerned about the graphics requirements being too taxing and bogging down my gpu, but I put every visual setting to epic, and everything ran very well! I'm excited for the full release of this game!

TTK seems fine to me. It’s not a game where you’re supposed to get 3 kills with one magazine. Heavies are tanky and can be annoying but they don’t do a lot of dmg.

Haven’t unlocked much for medium but it feels like it’s lacking compared to light and heavy. Or maybe I just like being able to blow up stuff when I need to.
