What do I have to do to get a job at a big club?
I've built Sheffield United up from FL1 now to back to back BPL champs. Liverpool, Arsenal & Chelsea have all been looking for managers for 3 years and they always deny my application.

This year's FIFA is awful. 15 was 5x better.

Disagree. They made it where if you have 99 speed you can't just run away from the entire team anymore, which was a huge problem in past games especially in online play.
The training in manager mode is a huge bonus as well.
This was the first time in probably three years that EA finally revamped some things.

The updates have made this game much more playable online.

The passing this year is as bad as I've ever seen it in any previous year. And that's saying something.

I wasn't a fan at first and struggled to keep possession, but after a few games I figured out that learning when to use the driven pass (RB+A) is vital for success.
Once you get that down you get much crisper passes. All about learning when to use what kind of pass instead of using the in-air through ball and outrunning the defense like you could do in the past five games.

Problems with passing I have:
1.) Lead passing (y button) is extremely unprodictible. I realize these should be less successful then normal passes but they are highly unsuccessful this year.
2.) Touch on passes. I still will rocket passes when I'm trying to barely hit one and barely hit one when I'm trying to rocket a pass. Super unstable.

On the through balls (y button), players have a through ball attribute. If it's low their through balls are not going to be as good, obviously. Kevin De Bruyne for me is really good, like a 90 overall so his through balls are typically on point, but when I use one of my academy players who are like a 71 overall with a 65 through ball attribute, his are expected to suck. That is likely your issue, or you aren't used to how long to hold the button for the appropriate distance.
2. The touch on passes aren't meant to be used for every pass. If you want to rocket a pass then use the touch on pass. If you want one that is barely hit then just use the A-button by itself. The rocket passes are only meant to be used to cut a gap between defenders or to switch the play.
