Take Paypal and CC info of off Steam Accounts

Bigggggg time bug going on right now with Steam which is allowing people with accounts to view others' CC info, email addresses and other private information.
As much as I despise the computer gamers and their desire to be elite, I'd rather you not get robbed blind.

If you can even access your own, good luck. You don't even need a steam account to see someone's account. Someone linked the store webpage account site and you can see people's accounts there, too.

I cant even get the login button to work on website and cant find it on the application itself, i did go to steamguard and deactivate all other devices, though.

frick!! it says my email is something weird, any info on what to do??? i cant change it but i was able to remove the cc info
ETA:: this is so fricked, every time you mess with your settings it links you to someone elses account. asking me to update phone # for someone elses account right now

BTW this isnt an actual cyber attack on Steam, they're apparently having a cache issue thats causing people to see others accounts.
