Mark Hamill is an extremely accomplished voice actor; most famous for playing the Joker in the Batman animated series and the Arkham series of video games.

Tara Strong is the Lady Troy Baker. She's done things from Paz Ortega and Ursula/Elisa in the Metal Gear series to Harley Quinn in Batman. She was also the voice actress for Princess Clara and Toot on the animated show Drawn Together. Couldn't believe it when I saw the credits the first time. 
She's not a bad looking lady, either.

I never played kingdom hearts but FF7 is my all time favorite game. Mandy Moore totally fits Aerith/Aeris but Lance Bass... Regardless how beautiful that man is, is not who I think of when I imagine Sephiroth.

Probably most known for voicing Tommy Pickles in Rugrats.
Also, in the rebooted Spyro the dragon series, Wayne Brady voiced sparx in one of them and the David Spade voiced him in another.
