I'm killing time with fooling around on FO3 for the 360 and wanted to know of any secret tasks to be done or any cool things I should know. That way I can get the most of the game and I can finally move on to New Vegas.

There is a secret stash either by Megaton or by the Super Mart in some rocks but I'm not sure EXACTLY where at or what's in it. It helps a lot if you are just starting a new game. You can either google it or look it up on youtube.

It's the Sniper Rifle right? I did see that one pretty early.

Speaking of Megaton funny story, I was short of one bobble head towards the end of the game. The reason why, I forgot to snatch up the bobble head at Megaton before I blew it up.

HaHa, yeah I remember that. It was part of the Behemoth Achievement. I was thinking more of something not known. Like the one I haven't gotten yet but heard of a "FatMan" that launches like 8 - 10 mini nukes at one time. Which is supposedly located in the "National Guard Armory".

Not so much like the mod linked here, but a little less. Haha. Pretty sick though.

I just downloaded the patch on New Vegas. Has it fixed a lot of the problems?

For the PC or Console? Either way I wouldn't know. But I really want to get myself a sweet desktop so I can play these on the PC. Especially with "The Cube Experimental" Mod. Looks almost like the movie.

I thought the "Dunwich building" was the coolest side quest in the game

I get a little jealous looking at all the PC user created mods for games like fallout.

They've made some pretty interesting additions that I'd love to mess around with. The core game is fun, but I can only really play through it once or twice without it getting stale.

Got the MIRV, using the wall glitch was easy enough.

Similarly, I found Oblivion to be a bad game and horribly balanced without some of the user made mods that made level scaling with monsters more bearable.

That's what I loved about Fallout 1 & 2 back in the day. Which I still have both, but unfortunately I lost Tactics after I let a friend borrow the game.

But back to Fallout 3 I tried the unlimited mini nuke trick for the MIRV. And it turns out you gotta have Flak at River City to do so, I already turn him into a slave a long time ago. Times were tough and cash was hard to come by, everyone was a potential slave/$ in my eyes. lol.

Speaking of which, before I blew up Megaton I made a lot of people in the Megaton Commons a slave which made for a good bit of money.

I got New Vegas for christmas. Since I've been playing, the game has frozen up on me once. Almost all of the bugs I see are people getting caught in bushes, really not a huge deal.

If you're looking for stuff to do, try this: 150 mines and Tenpenny

I wasted a good bit of time gathering up stuff to make bottlecap mines just to do this

Nice work. Love watching those Fallout bodies fly in the air like rag dolls. And hearing GNR in the background reminded me how I would of liked to had more classic music to listen to like that in the game.

And speaking of land mines, have you gotten the big teddy bear from one of the Sat Com stations. You can get to it by using a hand full of land mines.
