I want to start playing CSGO (cod is a joke now) but have no idea what I need hardware wise to run it the way I want. I plan on mostly playing CS and maybe some dayz or H1Z1.

I already have a BenQ 1ms response time monitor and its 60hz. I'm gonna start out on that and eventually go up to 120 or 144 for the higher FPS.

I'm not sure if I want to buy a prebuilt PC or pick out the parts and let a company like ibuypower or something built it for me. I don't need a beast but I want something that's not going to put me at a disadvantage. My budget for the tower itself is around $500-800 definitely nothing over a grand.

What do you guys suggest?

Same crap regardless.

Doesn't take much to run CS:GO. And DayZ runs like trash no matter what. 750 Ti, R9-280, used 7950/7970, etc.
