Strategy roleplay ps4 game recommendations

Finished HZD the other day and need a new game. Looking for strategy roleplay type of games. Something like civ 6 or if there any 1st person open world that doesn't some large strategy where I can take over countries/build mine and has politics in it. Has to be for PS4

There's a Nobunaga's Ambition game from a couple of years ago if you want a pure war sim.

Tropico 5 meets most of those requests.

Mount and blade warband is the only thing I can really think of.... Be forwarned, the graphics are shite and there is very little hand holding. Just kinda tosses you in.

Nobunaga's Ambition is a great pick, as is Tropico. I would also throw in Grand Ages: Medieval.

Thanks for all the recommendations! I am trying Tropivo 5 right now and it has me in it for the time being. Will probably move on to. The others after.
